Ripoff - can't contact them to return merchandise for guarantee

I got this useless piece of information and paid $39.95 for it.
I want to send it back under their "Risk-Free Money Back Guarantee".
The contact phone number on the receipt is disconnected... The operator lists only a partial new number - it suspiciously cuts off in the middle as she's reading it.
No one answers the 1-800 number found on the website.
The contact e-mail address they list comes back "undeliverable".
