I had a valid promo code for 30% off my entire order. The customer service rep. Told me to go ahead and place my order, then she would credit my visa. The credit should have been for approxiamately $41.00. It was for only $9.45!!! When I called them back, they refused to honor the promo code and what the customer service rep. Told me eventhough it was noted in their computer.in addition, they refused to let me speak to a supervisor... Never again will I order anything from Roamans or their affiliates!!! Liars, Cheaters, and Scammers!!!
