Defective Items, No Postage Refund

I returned to tops to this company, both were junk & both were defective. One had a brown stain on it from the brown trim bleeding on it & the other had an unsewn portion on the neckline. It cost me $8.37 to return these
items & I cannot get thru to anyone at Roamans but a robot. At one of the phone #'s they ask for your social security number to get further into the system, WHAT is that for???
I also had ordered a sweat shirt cardigan from them but it was so cheaply made I just threw it in the trash, I was unwearable to anyone. I am going to keep trying for the $8.37 if it takes me till I die. This is totally unfair of Roamans to keep my money on defective merchandise.

I will NEVER order from them again no matter what and I suggest you all do the same. If you do and have the same problem as I'm having and you get results, please let me know how you managed it.
