Not impressed - Swedish

I ordered the swedish comprehensive and, as mentioned by others here, i got some mp3 files and a seriously outdated pdf. I chatted with customer service today and was told that the old documents were not scanned OCR but as images - which is why the quality is so poor (and why i can't read them on my mobile device). She said they have no plans to re-type the information - i let them know that it would greatly improve their ratings... They're basically making money off of an old government system that the government probably doesn't even use anymore. They probably bought the old typed documents for cheap, scanned them in, converted the audio tapes to mp3 and burned the lot onto cds. Super cheap set-up for a decent profit - customer feedback be damned. Too bad.
