We here at HACLA - The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles have come to the end of our rope with Kinky Ken Simmons and his disgusting addiction to women's clothing. OK - It started out innocently enough, a few years ago Rudy Montiel was talked into funding a float in the West Hollywood Gay Pride Parade as some sort of "community outreach" to all the homeless homos in LA. - Ken Simmons volunteered to ride on the float and represent HACLA management. On the day of the parade, Ken showed up wearing the most outlandish purple strapless evening gown, giant wig, red pumps and a matching purse. When we giggled at his "costume" - he became purple with rage and threatened anyone who dared mock his outfit with instant termination. That now explains the firing of Abel Ruiz. Next, Ken started showing up to work wearing eyeshadow and bra and panties under his business suit. NOW - Ken is swishing and wiggling all over the building each day showing off his latest women's fashions from Saks Fifth Avenue.
