I have had it. The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) hired the most incomptent and ignorant person they could find to run the security department. The only reason he got the job was because his cousin, Patrice McConnell runs Human Resources. Patrice was sleeping with James Pierness, the prior guard captain, until he got fired for running a vending machine company and faking civil service exams right under the nose of Rudy Montiel, the lazy over-paid moron who is the Executive Director.

It is interesting that Patrice McConnell can get away with what she does. She puts her drug dealing friends and worthless realtives into jobs at HACLA. And RUDY knows all about it! I wonder if Rudy's wife back in El Paso knows what he is up to. Remember people, HACLA is a governmental agency. They are using OUR tax money to pay these fools and rip off HUD. While I'm at it, let's not forget Ken Simmons, another one of Rudy's henchmen. It is rumored that he once beat the living daylights out of his wife when she found out he was wearing her bra and panties under his suit when they went to church. EWWWWWW.

This Simmons guy is such a creep, I wouldn't be a bit surprised if they found him one day having sex with farm animals in his official HACLA car while parked in the garage. Also did you all know that Rudy Montiel is a slum lord in his home town of El Paso Texas. Yep - he got SUED over it. Look it up. Its all official record at the El Paso County, Texas website. You think a guy who gets paid over $400,000 a year PLUS benefits could afford to mow the lawns of his rental units.

Anyway - Scott Butler is the worst guard captain in the world and he should be fired along with his cousin Patrice McConnell. Don't they have anyone over there at HACLA who actually investigates these things? WAKE UP will you please? Save America from Scott Butler and his Cousin Patrice McConnell!
