I have been a loyal and faithful employee at the Housing Authority for over 18 years. Yesterday I was called into the office of the director, Ken Simmons who promptly SUSPENDED me for the rest of the week for violating the agency's rules by wearing womens clothes to work. I reminded him that I wear women's clothes because I am a WOMAN! He called me a liar and said that I had no business coming to work in a dress. He kept calling me "Sanford" when my real name is Nancy. It was obvious that either he was mistaking me for Sanford Riggs or he was really drunk. This isnt the first time that Simmons has shown up to work totally loaded on cheap booze and Im sure it wont be the last either. He took my keys and as he stood up to escort me out of his office, I noticed he was wearing an orange mini-skirt, fishnet stockings and red high heeled shoes. Why was I not surprised? After tossing me out of his office, I went directly to Ken's boss, Rudy Montiel's office to complain.
