I had made arrangements with these people to pay my bills in installements. Blue card s-1066, gold s-9440, silver -r-5943 on 9/27/10. They did not honest these arrangements and sent my acounts to a collection agency. I have advised them that I had lost my job/income. And wanted to pay them, however I needed them to reduce the payments, they agreed! But for some reason they sent my accounts to their collections division. They are very unprofessional.
