Threatening Phone Calls, Improper Conduct, Harassment, Descrimination Toledo

I am filing this complaint because I am being treated very unfairly by this collection agency. They are calling EVERY day SEVERAL times a day and it has become severe harassment. I have spoken with them and tried to make payment arrangements when they have called and they refuse to accept my payment arrangements, have made threats to take money from my social security disability income and have been very unprofessional and extremely rude and ignorant in their phone calls. They are CONSTANTLY harassing me. I am an elderly woman that is disabled and on a very low income and they refuse to accept any amounts of money that I would be able to make. There calls are becoming a major problem as they are upsetting and disturbing me at all hours of the day and night. They call every day and they have become belligerent with their conduct.
