Unethical Billing Practices

The corporation doesn't recognize its month-to-month agreements, makes it difficult to stop account, proceeds to accumulate monthly costs (despite no utilization of amenities) and also the software is "please send us your termination type".

I've completed this 3 times since Jan and today OWE $700 for not placing base through the doorway. ON THE MONTH-TO-MONTH agreement that we settled 1st and last costs at pregnancy.
