Encore Marketing / Pro Flowers
Misleading advertising / scam utilization of ATM data

Business & Finance

My partner applied our ATM card to-order plants from Proflowers in May. At the conclusion of the verification, a note requested if he desired to get information on savings on-air ticket, theater, etc. Nothing was described about any regular charge. He said yes. Well, as it happens we were signed up for a regular "club" which we've been having breaks of $14.95 every month for "Super Savers club." My partner never might have responded yes if he was informed we'd be paying monthly costs. We've never acquired any information on specific costs, etc., both. I had been behind in managing the checkbook and so I did not recognize so far (December. 3). The cost outlined a telephone number of (800) 444-9800, that will be the amount for Encore Advertising, which apparetly may be the mastermind behind this plan. I named Enclore plus they terminated our "'membership." But meanwhile we have dropped $14.95 per month for all moths.in certain weeks they subtracted the cost twice within the same month. The corporation isn't about the up-and-up.
