I drive up to Starbucks every day and go thru the drive - thru and get a cup of coffee. Yesterday, they were temporarly out of coffee and ask me to wait. Did not take a couple of minutes. Very polite and gave me a free return coupon. I went back today, ask for a coffee with cream and sugar. The lady did not give me one of those wrap around heat protectors (little cardboard wrap) and I had to quickly put the coffee in the cup holder on my car. Got home (4 blocks) got the coffee, no cream, no sugar, cup half full, what a rip off. Even if she got the order wrong, they could have at least filled the coffee cup. I don't have any cream at home, that's why I go there. Plus, I like the coffee. They forgot to put the cream and sugar in. What a rip off. I'm 70 years old and don't feel like driving back up there today. One thing I will say good for them today, they gave my little dog a treat. My dog is not complaining, I am. A nice cup of coffee with cream and sugar makes my afternoon. They "blew" this afternoon for me. Bob Walke
