Giving me the run around

I called in August 1 to tell them that I never requested for this program and to have this cancel and remove the charges from my card. They told me that they cancel it and we will removing the money from my card. I waiting to see if it showed on my bill next month and it showed they never took it off. So I called them back on Spetember 11 o find out why and they told me that I had to email them to get a refund by the email address of grants. Refund@gmail.com.

Now I'm waiting for an answer.
