Refuse services!!! I wanted to purchases lotto ticket!!! Employee became hostile, bad customer service @ first. Very disrespectful towards me and when i wanted to make purchase they would not serve me my lotto ticket.in the 911 recording employee describe me as he or she while i was still standing in front of him. The other employee made verbal treat to me as well!!! I have recording and proof of employee in the store denying to render services to me.
