Huge rip off

I have called almost every week since March to get my rebate, and continue to get the run around. I have been promised a rebate, and therefore expect to receive it, but apparently Pocket does not operate in the professional manner that I am accustom to. I am at the point that I am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau.
