#1-I have a wittness. He (JOHN LOWE) told me if I bought his 80 gallon water heater with solar panels and Kovar box I WOULD SAVE NINETY DOLLARS A MONTH ON MY POWER BILL. Not only did panels flunk permit dept three times because installed improperly. State Department of B &D know. Power Company said if my bill is lowered twenty-four dollars a month I will be lucky. I'm living off fixed income and have very bad health.
