They dont listen

This jeff guy does not understand english calls my parents house numerous times a day and does not understand that the person he is trying to get ahold of is not there he is not perfessional at all after i hung up on him numerous times he called back and said listen and hung up on me he was willing to tell me my mothers info about her account which is not allowed at all dont these people understand if someone is not home to stop calling, this jeff guy is an asshole and should be fired and u should get people who understand english
