I purchased a phone from this company's Hilton Head Island, SC Location in May and was really impressed with my salesperson's knowledge and professionalism. My salesperson's name was Ronald Futch and he greeted my wife and I at the front door and welcomed us and introduced himself. The first thing that my wife noticed was that everyone in the store was very well dressed and the other customers were not angry, which is the usual for most of the Verizon Wireless locations near our hometown just outside of Baltimore, MD.

The funny thing is that I had no idea that I was not in an actual Verizon store until the salesman told me that he had stored his phone number in my phone. I asked him if I was getting special treatment and he advised that he and all of the other representatives store their numbers in all of their clients phones because they are all independent contractors and work in a commission only sales environment and the store is actually operated by Cellular Sales of Knoxville, Tn. My wife and I were in disbelief, but it all made sense in the end. I had received professional, one-on-one service from a consultant who actually cared about my needs and wants and seemed very knowledgeable about all of their products and services. Ronald said that Cellular Sales of Knoxville takes pride in having that more intimate, personal relationship with it's clients.

My only complaint was that I had to send off a mail-in rebate instead of getting an instant rebate as was shown online, but I suppose I would have had to do the mail-in rebate if I had purchased from an actual Verizon store anyway. Overall, fantastic experience and great customer service. I would highly recommend this company for your mobile phone needs.
