I see all the awful things that ex employees say about Mike Baker and his company cellular sales - but I can tell you he also mistreats his consumers.
I was in one of Mike Bakers stores and he has a sign there that says to call him if you arent satisfied. Well I had a need to call Mike because I was not at all satisfied with his store or what a salesperson lied about to me in his store. The people in that store treated with with no respect at all and talked down to me. Now that I read these reports I think I know why!
I went to a real Verizon store and was treated much better and dealt with in a respectful manner.
Mike Baker never called me back about my issue and I can assure I will never go to a Cellular Sales store ever again.
