Engine and 4WD problems with 2006 Yukon in Saudi Arabia

1st of all I am a GMC consumer since 1982 its my favorite car.
But I have many problems with my 2006 Yukon. 1st I had a very week noise in the machine and when I took it to a mechanical he told me that I have to repair it or I will loose the complete machine so I repaired it by 2000$ although I have been making all the services in the GMC workshop but they didn't discover the problem until it reached that level.
Laterly I have an other problem with the 4wd system, which turns on by it self and couldn't disconnect so I have a big problem especially in the long distance roads. When I took it to the dealer he asked me to pay 300 sr (80$) to transport to Dhahran, later they call me and told me that I have to pay (1800$) to repair it at least.
Now I can advise any body to not buy a gm car.
