The car i purchased has a system called bluelink (free trail) form the time I got the car (7/15) i been trying to get this car connected. I called the bluelink provider and they told me that the car owner name was luis but i told them that i'm the owner. They told to to contact the car dealer and they would fix the problem. I contacted the car dealer salesman (claudio perez) and he told me that the vin number with another car was the issue (that was about the second week i had the car) so i went out to the car dealership and talked with Mr. Perez and he told me that it was being taken care of (that was 8/4). I went back to the dealer on 8/18 and talked with Mr. Perez again and he told me everything was fixed so i went home and tried this again and was told the same thing from the bluelink system people. All i want is what i'm suppose to get/have with this car that i'm paying for. I also took the car to he dealer cause the car was making noise and they fix one problem and another (noise problem accured (8-18-12)
