Fumes / Dust / Noise All over my House

I live across the street from this operation for 7 yr's We can't sit out the school got bigger more cars Sand Disel Fuel all over my home and the smell in the air I can't open my windows. They should have a fence to contain there dirt in there property. Made many complaint's to the town no one helps called the DEC never returned my calls. It's a construction co. Always moving dirt it should be sealed in with a Privacy fence. The traffic on Victory from this school and accidents. He has is right's what about mine? No one helps. It is 7am and ther is about 100 car's in his lot and they are still coming in the 1 gate across from my house / Need Help ASAP Vera Marino
