Credit One Financial Customer Service representative lied about my payment being available within 24 hrs

My credit one bank card was suspended for non payment. I was told by a rep. Once I paid the card under the limit I will be able to use the card. Okay, I made a 100.00 payment a n brought card under the limit. Two weeks later I called to make another payment an asked the rep. Will the funds be available immediately, he said "within 24 hrs. Of making payment". The fee was 9.95, I made the payment.

The next day I tried to use the card an it was declined, how embarrassing, I called the company to let them know my situation an speak with a manager. I was told that the card was declined because I had to pay the balance in full in order to have the card reinstated. I explained to the rep/manager that I was not informed that the balance had to be paid in full. He went on to say it was nothing he could do I just had to pay the balance an then call back to have the card reinstated.

Okay, know you telling me after I paid the money to put on my card plus a 9.95 fee to have it available the next business day, which it wasn't, I have to call an have it reinstated once I pay the balance in full. These people are idiots, the new credit card rules are in effect and they are doing everything they are giving false info. To consumers that are trying to pay their bills.

They told me 3 different stories about my payment and I never got a good answer from any of them. I am pissed and I tried to get my funds reversed back into my account. I was told that its not possible because the payment was made an I was informed. Can you tell me when and at what time. This is one of the worst credit card companies, the manager never tried to help in anyway. He was a manager/representative, go figure. I honestly think they never transferred me to a manager, but I would advise any consumer to look into the company before applying for their credit card... Beware.
