Hit me with annual fee then put on credit bureau I was over limit Ripoff

4 days late on 20.00 $ payment at my credit limit (300.00 $) and they put my balance at 329.61$. (note; This is a credit card for people with bad credit. I had to pay over 200.00 $ to get a 300.00 $ limit They wanted to charge the annual fee to my card, but could not because I was over the limit.

I called them to resolve the problem. I told them I forgot to mail the payment and had stopped that day and did a Western Union Quick Collect payment ($12.95). It didn't help the situation at all telling the customer no service rep that I had made a $50.00 payment just an hour before calling her. So I cancelled the card on the spot.
