Loan Modification

I started my loan mod process in March. The package was collected by another company working for CITI. My package was given to CITI 05//29/10. I checked a couple times over the summer and I got a call from Sharen Hunt (negotiator) 7/26/10. She told me " that I would be receiving my mod package in 10 days ". I never received anything so I called 8/25 and 8/29/10. Betty employee # bg59246 said that my file had been closed on JULY 29,10. After emails have been sent from 2 CITI employees, I have not heard from the negotiator. Now I have to start over. My lawyer will be calling on by behalf next week.
