Modification File Closed Without Notice After Months of Waiting

I started my loan mod process in March. The package was collected by another company working for CITI. My package was given to CITI on 05/29/10. I checked a couple of times over the summer, and I got a call from Sharen Hunt (negotiator) on 7/26/10. She told me that I would be receiving my mod package in 10 days. I never received anything, so I called on 8/25 and 8/29/10. Betty, employee # bg59246, said that my file had been closed on July 29, 10. After emails were sent by 2 CITI employees, I have not heard from the negotiator. Now I have to start over. My lawyer will be calling on my behalf next week.
