Sold me a lemon

I took my car in there for the second time for the same problem less than 3 weeks after i got it i call them thursday and friday to see if my car was ready they said they will call me back both thursday and friday but they never did, they call me saturday to tell me my payment was due. Who ever call i told them the same thing about my car and right now i still don't know whats wrong with the car or if its fixs so i told them to keep it, they sent me a certif. Mail stating if i still want the car i have to pay 7,193.65 by 08/26. Like i stated i purchased the car 07/27/10 the car was put in their shop 07/30 and 08/10
