Verizon's double standards

Miscellaneous

On May I moved out from my old home and on June 1 I moved to new location.in that period I spoke with one Verizon 's representative about my moving and requested my basic FIOS service to be moved to my new location in same town. On 25 June I canceled my FIOS old services and got new service in my new home. On 8 September I received bill relating to my old address, in the amount of $262.50 payable by Oct 5. On 23 September I received another confusing bill in the amount of $185.87. On 21 October I spoke with Verizon representative who evaluated my case and concluded that some errors were made, I overpaid the old account and the refund was sent to me in the amount of $95.69. Verizon sent me Revised Final Bill, Total Amount Due was $0.00. At the time, I assumed all was clear! As of today, ER Solutions Collection agency reported me to the credit bureau for overdue amount for non payments. I made my efforts to solve this confusion by requesting details! Verizon did not want to discuss, referred me to talk with collection agc'y who arrogantly reports me without making any effort in explaining the charges!

Verizon neglects their customers, regardless who is wrong, the customer is always wrong!
