Worked for a bbq company and got ripped off

My name is Jorge and I did work for Fantasy Island. I was a sales manager for the Fantasy Islands in Murrieta, Ca location. I went on vacation in early/mid June with my family only to come back home to find out that they chganged the locks and I no longer had a place of employment. I contacted the owner to find that he was "shutting the place down" and that there was no money to pay me!

I am truly sorry for all of those people whom were negatively affected by the closing of this company but please note that I also was adversely affected. Not only did I come back after spending money on vacation to not having a job to recoupe, but I also am owed a large amount of money myself (and he still has my personal belongings and now will not return any of my phone calls!). Like most of the customers I am not getting any reponse from the company! I have spoken to many of my customers (Because I do normally give my personal cell information out to my customers) and advised them to contact their credit card companies and dispute the charges to protect themselves.

I am not a bad person and do not hold any financial standings in this company, I am in the same situation as most of these customers where I believed and trusted in this company and was misled! I currently have personal belongings in the store as well as monies owed that I can not gain any access to as well. So to all of those customers out there I am very sorry, but please believe that I was a victim in this as well!
