Online Wire Transfer SCAM - Premier banking

You can only transfer money online now with Bank Of America. They will send you and the person an email that the wire transaction was successful. Will charge you extra fee to have it done withhin 24 hours.

No transfer was made and when I called. I got the run around and it will take 5 days to investigate the failure. I did NOT get a failure notice from BOA.

Iei'sha Collins at the SF, CA unit 11497 refused to let me talk to a supervisor. She said she is the boss and I can ask until I am blue in the face but there is nothing I can do about it. She won't help me transfer and held my money hostage for 5 days...

Isn't this an illegal scam way of doing business?
