Illegal workers, hazzardous cleaning habits, rude service

Unsafe, unhealthy cleaning habits. THe manager swept the store with a broom. While customers were eating.instead of using a mop. Dust and debris could be seen floating into the air. He did not wash his hands after sweeping. And customer unknowingly came in to order coffee. He did not wear the gloves. THen he (manager) instructed the employees in a foreign tongue to empty the trash. THey complied and emptied the trash on top of another trash bin behind the counter in front of the open food.

THe workers were illegal. And did not speak any english to customers or each other.
