Does not live up to its claim - bulk flower delive

First of all - they sent only a partial order two days prior to my wedding. I called and they said it was lost in the mail which was untrue because I called Fedex and they said they never received the order. Called them back and they said they would overnight me some flowers. So the next day before my wedding. I waited and waited... It turns out that the flowers were sent to the wrong state! They put the wrong shipping address on the boxes. OMG they had made two mistakes. I called them back crying and they said nothing! They wouldn't even compensate me for the stress. I had to run to the four different stores and do my flowers at my own rehearsal dinner! And trust me the whole time their tracking dept was extremely rude and would not call me back when they said they would. Do not use this company.
