My child was attending Little Rascals Daycare in Buckner and after reading the report from the Tracy, MO location it was like reading about my week. Myself along with many other parents from this location have experienced the same poor accounting practices as the center in Tracy, Mo.

I recieved three different statements in one week. All with different balances. I went from having a credit on my first statement to owing the daycare by my third statement. When I contacted the owner she stated it was due to the fact that there was a fire in August that got them behind but my account was up to date up to at that time.

However when I recieved the 3rd statement this the same week there were charges from as far back as June and July that were not on the original 2 that I had recieved. April was the last time I recieved a statement, despite multiple phone calls or might I say attempted calls to the owner during the summer-she did not return my calls during this time. There was always an excuse why she could not contact me.

I was very thankful that I had proof of all my payments because there were times throughout the year that it would be months before my checks were cashed. I was told to use a debit or credit card then I would not have to wait so long for my checks to clear. This is horrible buisness.

Apparently she did not need my money too bad at that time but as it was stated in the letter by the parent from the Tracy, Mo location the Jays Learning Center/Little Rascals on Barry Rd. Was closed by the state and now it seems she is trying to compensate for her bad accounting practices.

Would like to hear from others who have become a victim of Little Rascals and Jays Learning Center owned by Christy Wisemore.
