Very bad customer service

Since buying my 2009 Ford Ranger in Sept. I have dealt with TOWN EAST FORD in Mesquite Texas several times. Issues range from service dept. Sending me an email telling me i had several system failures when i took my truck in for service. Then found out a few days later, they sent the wrong test results to me. I had a flat tire. When i called to tell them I didnt have a key to unlock the spare. I was told the phone numbers I gave them and the name could not be found in the system. So there I was stranded with a flat. I had to leave my truck unattended over night in an old unused mall. I wish I had kept my Hyundai Tiburon.
