Auto balance pay-off, still waiting for my car title

On Jun 26 I sent this company a payoff check for a car I was paying on.

Well, I am still waiting for the car title. They have excuse after excuse on why I don't have my title. They sent it to the wrong address, then my husband call and they sent it, however it's been over a month and we still don't have the title.
