I had render service at Miami Beach Honda on 163rd in I was then contacted by the survey department inquire about my experiences. I had given the dealership a bad review since I was charged unfairly. On June, 5 I when there to get my car service and was informed by the rep, since I do not like them, I cannot get my car service, and they are allow to pick and choose who they render services too. Prior to that my survey of them, they always pick and chose my car to work on. This in my opinion is a form of discrimination, if a person gives then a bad survey they do not want to provide service to that individual. That is sad; the purpose of a survey is to improve services and not to discriminate. If you guys continue with this tactic, you will drive your self out of business.
