As a Dunkin Donuts employee, who has never received a complaint from any customer I have tended to, I must say some of these comments are quite ridiculous. I understand that as customers you want your coffee and sandwiches to your liking, but you need to remember that we are not there to serve you specifically. We have hundreds of customers within the hour, especially in the morning. You don't realize how hard it gets to keep up with a constant rush of food and coffees when you have 10 people running around you trying to get different things, and complete different tasks. We make mistakes, we were not born machines, we are human.
