Misrepresented product

I ordered the Monster1200 steamer from Monster 1200,7850 Ruffner Ave, Dept 4000, Van Nuys, CA 91406. I tried using the equipment today & am very disappointed with same.in the commercial, everything cleaned up quickly & easily... I find this not tobe as represented... The steam cleaner does not clean and is a total waste of my money. I paid $66.00 $44.27 S&H to get this and consider it a total loss. I have written the company to not send the remaining part of the purchase (a floor kit) and am returning the part I recieved. I hope they will refund my money. Guess one just can't trust what we see advertised as being what they say it is!!! I would advise anyone not to purchase this item; I consider it a ripoff!!!
