Stay away!

AT the end of August a sales rep from Crescent contacted me to set up a meeting. He did his presentation and explained how much money his company could save me. He said that there were no cancellation fees, no charge for the equipment, and explained that there would be small service fees depending on which equipment we wanted to go with. We decided against the PIN pad ($49) and chose the smaller black processing machine. He said if we ever had problems HE WAS THE PERSON TO CONTACT, and he would come out to help us. When the equipment arrived almost two weeks later, it was the wrong things! There was a HUGE red processor and the PIN pad that we had made clear we didn't want. We called the rep and he said not to worry he would send out the new equipment immediatly. We never received it. After numerous unreturned calls I finally called the company diretcly and was threatened on the phone after I told them I no longer wished to use their services. They are expecting me to pay the bill for a service that I never used and support that was non-exsistant.
Bottom line - stay away from this company!!!
