Pleased with service

I have had a Crescent Processing machine for more than two years and I am very pleased with their service and the Free Equipment. I have read some of the complaints on this website and see that most of them are from store owners that did not read the fees and rates before signing the agreement. Their fees are very fair and right in line with the industry. Perhaps the sales people need to be more professional in their presentations, but the system has saved me money and generated more sales for my store. I give them high marks.
