Unfair and unprofessional usage of internet organization

On and around 1-1 my wife went on the internet seeking information about Stephen Stills so she could get signatures for the petition she and her friends made on www.petitiononline.com to re - induct Mr. Stephen Stills in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for a third time for his solo work. She came upon www.stephenstills.com and in there found www.stephenstills. Proboards41.com when she first came in to the forum all was well at first and a few folks signed her petition but when she started to post comments about Mr. Stills she started to receive nasty emails in print from certain members. The modulator named Julie was not one yet just another member and she signed the petition as well and acted like a friend to my wife but when my wife met Mr. Stills for the first time in wanting to do so for over thirty years and took photos of the two of them together and when she spoke to his wife who took the pictures which came on Face Book the nasty personal emails came from this Julie and someone named FWIW saying she was crazy and a stalker and some Mr. Stills should fear. It went on like this for many months and then this Julie became a modulator and wrote hateful demeaning Instant Messages to my wife saying that many complaints came to the attention of the administrator and if any more came in concerning me and this person named FWIW fighting online the admin would shut this forum down and it would be her fault. My wife never said anything wrong just spoke the truth and what was on her mind and It did not hurt or embarrass anyone but this Julie and this other person. Complained. Ultimately she was banned a few weeks later with no warning. She was so heartsick over this that she sold her computer to her neighbors and then when they wanted to get into the forum they could not as when they did they were banned too and no one in their family or friends could ever get beyond registering for the forum and if they managed to get in they were either banned on the spot or removed with a message stating "user name and password invalid which is internet speak for removed. The people running this forum are mean spirited, petty and predudiced against any one remotely acting or writing like my wife and they have recorded her IP address and emails and has banned or deleted any one near the tower for this area who wants to get in thusly everyone from Porterville and theTulare county library. I do not believe this is legal and professional and this forum when you can get into it has many rules and regulations and acts like a private club when the disclaimer says nothing like the kind. This forum used to be welcomeing and friendly and all could come in. Now it is mean and rude and people are being turned away at will and whim because this modulator has become power mad and deletes anyone she see fit to do this to. She is. Hurting folks and making them very angry and wanting to complain but does not know to whom. This is ruining the fan base of the man it was named for and people are not going to go there as they are seeking other forums to go to. This forum was designed for the fans to talk about the man and his music and to let them know where to see him in concert and to rave about and honor him by supporting him. This is no longer the case as this Julie is supposed to be doing customer service as this was a service for the fans. It is now her personal sounding board and play area to allow and approve folks to get in there which I believe was not the case when it first got put in. This forum should be given back to the fans or if it cannot be for them then it should be shut down. The people running it are running it into the ground with their exclusive ways they are handling this and doing this to the fans trying to get in and cannot. They should be made to stop this hateful predudicial acting formula they are using to wreak havoc on innocent fans. Thank You. Mr. D.W. Mcknight
