Unauthorized debit card charge

There was an unauthorized debit card charge to my checking account today (July 20) by a company calling itself WMV*MATCH.com. When I began to do research on the company I found several complaints about this company attempting to steal money from bank accounts dating all the way back to 2008. What I do not understand is how they have gotten away with it for so long.
