Unauthorized debit

I had an unauthorized debit to my account from WMV*MATCH.com 800-326-5161 TX on 12/10/08 for $34.99. On my bank statement is looked like they debited and credited the account on the same day. I contacted my bank and will be watching it intensley. How did they get my info? Why did they credit it? I decided to report it so that others will be aware of this activity.
