What a freaking ripoff! This is b.S

This community must be involved in organized crime.By the way they rob and strong arm you you would think that was the fact. First off let me say i was suprised at the congeniality of our leasing agent... Til they fired her changed several VERY IMPORTANT rules without notification. Like the rent. We paid it the day it was due, or tried to anyway. Apparently they changed policy when they changed staff. We were charged an extra $75.00 for THEIR INCOMPETENCE rather than notify us like they should have. Then on top of that the pool which they did not open til a week AFTER everyone else was shut down the 5th of july and is still NOT OPEN. No good reason just lies and excuses. I tried to call and complain but no one will answer the phone or call me back! These people are shady as h*ll and you would think in Alpharetta you could count on some decent people but looks like i was wrong. F*ck the Jasmine @ Holcomb Bridge they should be lucky i dont sue them for breach of contract. As far as i know they signed a contractr as well as I did and are legally responsible for their end. What a*holes please AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!
