Just the same as the other complainants. Last July I ordered $100 cheese from these people. Most came, but one block did not (out of stock); so I asked for a refund, a measly 17$
It must be the last $17 they have, for the accounting dept. Changed systems, the employee left the company, the software was changed, I'll get it for you, I promise. It's now Feb. And no refund and, of course, now they're not even responding to my emails.
It's a trifle, which is why I'm bedeviling them. Next, I write the AG of Washington, then The Federal Trade Commission.
Actually, I'd prefer the cheese.
But avoid these bums at all cost.
