I went in today to get my glasses adjusted. This is the 3rd time going in for the same problem. I am getting headaches from the new glasses and am unable to wear them as they are too tight on my head. He told me they didn't touch and he didn't think they needed any adjusting and "I just have to get used to them". He said they didn't need to be let out because if they did, they would fall off of my face. I asked him for help to better adjust them so I could wear them and he didn't help me at all. I am unable to wear them which is frustrating since I spent over $250 for them! A big waste of money they are right now! I find it rather ridiculous that I went in with a problem with my glasses and he was unable to help me. Isn't this what he does for a living? I definitely will not be getting glasses from here ever again and am having to find another place to help adjust the new glasses. I wish there was a way to get a full refund and return the glasses and go somewhere to get new glasses that can actually help me!
