` They missplace my glasses and they just gave me a refund for the frame. NO galasses NO full money

In may 16 i placed an order for glasses. They send me some glasses but the frame was defective I called and send it back i had to paid for shipping first time. Second time i receive the same glasses STILL DEFECTIVE i called back they send ups to pick it up. One month later NO glasses or answer from optic.com. I called back they toll me we lost the glasses but we going to fix it no problem BLA BLA BLA they said that. NOW two weeks ago a get a refund for 161.46 when i paid 440.95 i just called they toll me we gave refund for frames no actually the crystal i said WHAT. I want my freaking glasses i been waiting for 6 months already. They said we going to speek with the manager. So pretty much that it
