Hi. We had a Sears Serviceman come out to service our window AC unit. His name is Rachid (#831107). He did a great job, was very friendly and fast... And he also called on his cell phone and handed it to me to schedule a free in home estimate for a new furnace and AC. So he's a great empolyee and I just wanted you to know.
