Paying $39 Yearly but Cannot Play or Chat, Kids Get Badges

I have been on pogo for three years an all 5 of my kids have pogo. I can't get on and play or chat. I'm paying 39 a year, so I would like to use it. I haven't been on since sept, my kids go in and get my badges. It's not our computers I can get on my husbands and it does the same thing. Please fix it so i can play again ASAP thank you.
