I have been trying dilligantly to get in touch with the nemployment office only to be hung up on every single time i call. I have tried all times of the day. Everyday for three weeks now the first time i called i got a nice lady who was able tohelp me file since my work place closed due to lack of buisness. She said everything was all good. And told me how much i would get however i never got the debit card. I still kept filling weekly waiting for it to come only to find that i was on for about two weeks then no more money. I have never had an extension not one and i guess i was denyd this one now. And worse off i get this letter telling me something about getting 10% now and having to pay back i am not paying one penny back if someone cant tell me what is going on i need HELP as i have not gotten one dollar so much for the help from the government.
