Never recieved a bill from Dell/may have been as promotional deal

Open an account 2006 paid on time and than paid it off 2007. Ordered some ink June packing slip states that the ink was "Discount/coupon applied and I never was billed for the ink. March 26 recieved a credit report and Dell Financial Services was on it stating that I owed them $577.35 cent and it was charged off as a bad debt. I though it was a fraud case and filed one, results were not in my best intrest and was given the run around. I had been given 15 different phone numbers and no one assisted correctly. I don't beleive that I owe this amount because of late charges and intrest. I only order ink that I can remember. I just want to pay off the bill for ink and warranty they said I order, not the late charges and intrest because Dell never sent me a bill. And get the charge off of my credit report.
